1. Agreement and the Westmora service

By accessing westmora.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Westmora provides independent descriptions, scores, filters, saved-game tools and links to third-party game websites. “Free” or “free to play” means that the listed game offered a playable entry route without a mandatory payment when last reviewed. It does not mean that internet access, devices, advertising-free play, every feature or optional digital items are free.

We may update, correct, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and may change these terms prospectively. The effective date appears above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; where affirmative consent is legally required, we will request it.

2. No money, prizes or cash-out

Westmora is for entertainment and editorial information only. Westmora:

• does not offer real-money gambling, betting, lotteries, contests or financial trading;
• does not require or accept stakes, entry fees, deposits or payment details;
• does not award cash, goods, gift cards, transferable items or other real-world prizes;
• does not maintain balances, wallets, redeemable credits or withdrawal functions; and
• does not promise that skill, play time, scores or in-game items have monetary value.

Some third-party games may advertise optional purchases or subscriptions. They are not required to access the basic play route reviewed by Westmora, are not sold by Westmora and must never be understood as a stake or a route to a cash prize. Review the third party's current terms before purchasing anything.

3. Eligibility and younger users

You may browse Westmora only if doing so is lawful where you live. The site is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly provide accounts to children. If you are under the age at which you can independently consent to an external service in your country, use third-party games only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Age guidance in a Westmora review is editorial context, not an official age classification. Parents and guardians remain responsible for checking external content, chat, advertising, purchase controls and privacy settings.

4. Third-party games and links

Outbound buttons open independent sites. Westmora does not control their games, uptime, accounts, ads, purchases, accessibility, user content, privacy or security. A listing is not an endorsement of every page, ad or interaction on that destination.

Third-party terms and privacy notices apply from the moment you leave Westmora. Availability, pricing models and features can change without notice. You should verify the destination address and current conditions before registering, sharing data or making an optional purchase.

5. Reviews, scores and availability

Scores and labels are editorial opinions based on our published criteria, including access, usability, design, replay value and safety signals at the review date. They are not technical certifications, guarantees or professional advice. Different players may reasonably reach different conclusions.

We take reasonable care to keep listings accurate but do not promise that every detail is complete, current or error-free. Logo ownership and a listing do not imply sponsorship, partnership or publisher approval. Featured placement is editorial unless clearly labelled otherwise.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Westmora for personal, lawful discovery and reference. You must not:

• interfere with site operation, security or other users' access;
• introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities or bypass access controls;
• use automated tools in a way that overloads the service or ignores published technical restrictions;
• misrepresent affiliation with Westmora or use our content to promote gambling, scams or unlawful services;
• copy a substantial part of the catalog to operate a competing publication; or
• infringe privacy, intellectual property or other rights.

Ordinary browser indexing, accessibility tools and non-commercial linking to public pages are permitted.

7. Intellectual property

Westmora's original text, score system, layout, illustrations, brand and code are owned by or licensed to Westmora and protected by applicable law. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the site for personal use.

Game names, logos and screenshots belong to their respective owners and are displayed for identification and editorial reference. Westmora claims no ownership of third-party marks. Rights holders may send a detailed removal or correction request to legal@westmora.com.

8. Disclaimers

Westmora is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, the continued availability of an external game, or that external content is free from errors, ads or harmful material.

Nothing in these terms excludes legal guarantees that cannot be excluded for consumers under Italian or EU law. You remain responsible for device security, internet costs, account choices and interactions on external services.

9. Limitation of liability

Westmora is responsible for direct losses caused by our breach where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by a third-party game, optional purchases made externally, user-generated content, device incompatibility or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of mandatory data-protection duties, or any other liability that law does not allow us to limit.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the country where that consumer habitually resides. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.

Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, courts in Italy have jurisdiction. EEA consumers may also bring proceedings in the courts of their habitual residence where applicable. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
